April 24, 2010: First Contest of the year see's  Saffron United's grade 3 band in the Prize list at the Southern Maryland Prince Frederick Games. The band took an over all 2nd place while the drum corp captured 1st place.

March 13, 2010: The Annual Bay Shore St. Patrick's Day Parade was held despite the poor weather.
